Thai Massage is an ancient art that doesn't rely on rigid definitions or written theories, but rather on wisdom passed down through generations by Thai masters.
According to tradition, the tendons and ligaments connecting different parts of the human body serve as natural indicators, revealing individual symptoms and imbalances. These "lines" represent the key to understanding the body's state and identifying the most effective approaches.
Beneath these lines lie the main energy channels, also called "Sen" in Thai tradition. These channels form the center of the nervous system and are fundamental to the body's overall wellbeing.
Through an effective massage technique that uses appropriate pressure and body weight, it's possible to stimulate nerves and deep tissues, promote profound relaxation, help problematic areas of the body regenerate, and restore the body's natural balance.
