Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient 2,500 year-old healing practice that combines assisted yoga stretching, rhythmic acupressure & energy work.
Unlike Western massages, it is performed on a floor mat with the client fully clothed, using no oils or lotions.

Setting: Most sessions take place on a padded mattress or mat on the floor rather than a massage table.
Duration: Typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.
Myofascial Therapy
Myofascial therapy is a specialized hands-on technique that targets fascia, the dense connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to injury, stress, or poor posture, it can lead to chronic pain and limited mobility.
How It Works
Unlike traditional massage that uses rhythmic strokes on muscles, myofascial release involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to specific areas of tension called trigger points (or "knots").
Sustained Pressure: I apply constant pressure for several minutes to allow the collagen matrix in the fascia to soften and reorganize.
No Lubricants: Sessions are typically performed without oils or lotions so that I can accurately feel and respond to tension in the tissue.
Manual Stretching: I use slow, controlled stretching to lengthen tight fascial tissues and restore natural movement.
